The location is marvellous and magnificent very close to the center as well as the marina on the other one side, and the rooms are spacious.

The place is great, we recommend it. Thanks very much for relaxing stay, having setting easy to get boats out from the marina. Offers comfortable beds and separate bedroom. The terrace is top, has sea views.

Nothing, no complaints at all!

The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine was a lifesaver during my stay. I felt like a gourmet chef, brewing my morning coffee and whipping up delicious meals. It definitely elevated the whole vacation experience, making me feel like I had my own little cafe in the comfort of my room.

The hostess Laura was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was really nice, with a lovely step-in shower, coffee machine, fridge, and washing machine. The iron and tabletop ironing board were a massive plus for us. The swimming pool and grounds were immaculately kept. We enjoyed taking nice walks to the dunes, beaches, and the central area for a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and nightlife. The location was excellent, with close proximity to conveniences, the harbor, and the music square. The balcony had great views of the harbor and the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed. It was really convenient to have a supermarket just below the apartment. The harbor was only a short walk away, as well as the shopping and restaurant areas. The shower room was modern and the larger bedroom had a comfortable bed. The kitchen was a good size and separate from the lounge area, which we preferred. The lounge area itself was spacious with side views of the sea and fish market. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including hairdryer, washing machine, full oven, TV. Our host Rafael was great and spoke perfect English.

Street can be noisy at night, affecting sleep quality. Wi-Fi is unreliable and slow, limiting internet usage.

The hotel had a lovely and elegant decoration, with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture throughout. The common areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure safety and ease of movement.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in organizing activities suitable for senior guests.

I had a fantastic stay at La Buena Vida! the apartment had a stunning sea view from the living room and was located right next to the restaurant area. It was super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Although the furniture was a bit aged, it didn't bother me much. Laura, our hostess, was really nice and helpful. Finding parking nearby was not a problem. the location was perfect for a day trip to Lanzarote, as it was a short walk to the Ferry. I will definitely come back!
